How this website handles your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated 20 October 2026.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact or checkout form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, business name, website or Instagram link, and your message or order details. If you message me on WhatsApp or by email, I also receive what you send there.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your free homepage concept, process your order and build your website. I don't use it for anything else, and I never sell or share it for marketing.
Who processes it
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to my email inbox.
- Stripe processes card payments. I never see or store your card details.
- PayNow payments go through your own bank.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and the fonts are served from this site rather than a third party.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. I'll reply within 30 days.
