FAQ
Pricing questions
What's the difference between a style and a made-for-you design?
A style is one of my ready-made designs, adapted with your name, menu, photos and colours. A made-for-you design starts from a blank page around your brand. Both cost the same and both come with every package.
Why are your prices lower than agencies?
I'm a freelancer focused only on restaurants and cafés, so there's no account manager, office or sales team in the price. You work with me directly from concept to launch.
Are there monthly fees?
No compulsory ones. Your main running cost is your domain name, usually S$15–S$50 a year, paid to the registrar in your name. The care plan is optional.
How do payments work?
You pay the full package price at checkout, by PayNow or card. Most owners see their free homepage concept first and check out once they're happy with it.
What if I don't like the free homepage concept?
Then you don't pay anything. The concept is free and you're under no obligation.
How many revisions do I get?
One round of revisions on each page is included, and small text or photo changes are always fine. Bigger changes after sign-off are quoted upfront, so there are no surprises.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The website and its content belong to you, and the domain is registered in your name.
